Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven UGC Sales Executive / Brand Partnerships Associate who will be responsible for approaching brands and generating business opportunities for our UGC services. The primary responsibility of this role will be to connect with brands through cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach, build relationships, and close UGC sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential brands that may require UGC (User Generated Content) services.

Reach out to brands through cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach.

Schedule meetings with brand representatives and present our UGC offerings and solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.

Manage the end-to-end UGC sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track outreach activities.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project onboarding after deal closure.

Requirements

Experience in sales, business development, or brand partnerships (preferably in marketing, influencer marketing, or UGC space).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building.

Ability to identify brand needs and position UGC solutions effectively.

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Language Requirements

Hindi and English (mandatory)

Knowledge of additional vernacular languages will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills

Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or UGC campaigns.

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email sales tools.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Key Goal of the Role

The main objective of this role is to generate brand partnerships and close UGC sales deals through proactive outreach and relationship building.
