About the Role

As a Brand Partnership Manager at slice, you'll turn collaborations into growth engines. You'll identify and build partnerships with brands that our users already love and create experiences that make slice more rewarding, relevant, and sticky. From first handshake to full-scale launch, you'll own the entire partnership lifecycle.

About the Team

The partnerships team at slice sits at the intersection of growth, product, and marketing. Think of it as a deal-making engine with a creative brain - bringing together brands, crafting compelling propositions, and launching experiences that drive real user impact. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every partnership lands smoothly and scales effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and onboard high-impact brand partners across categories like lifestyle, travel, food, and e-commerce
  • Own end-to-end partnership execution, from sourcing and pitching to negotiation, launch, and optimization
  • Structure win-win commercial deals that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to bring partnerships to life
  • Track performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize partnerships for better outcomes
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to unlock deeper and more strategic collaborations

What You'll Need

  • 4 + years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances (preferably in fintech, consumer tech, or startups)
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Comfort working with data and using insights to drive decisions
  • High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
