We are looking for a Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager to drive brand-building initiatives across the digital ecosystem. This role will support Strategy & Communication by owning consumer insights, brand planning, content strategy, influencer marketing, and execution across Amazon, website, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy, Research & Insights
- Conduct ongoing consumer, category, and competitor research to generate actionable insights
- Translate insights into brand narratives, communication themes, and content directions
- Support annual brand planning, including objectives, initiatives, and communication priorities
- Track brand health metrics, consumer feedback, and campaign performance
2. Vaidya Consultation Channel
- Manage end-to-end content, communication, and consumer journey for the Vaidya Consultation vertical
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Own channel targets, including sales and profitability
3. Content & Communication
- Plan and manage blogs, emailers, educational content, and product communication
- Handle product listings and website communication
- Brief designers and copywriters with insight-led and strategic inputs
4. Influencer Marketing
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers aligned with brand strategy
- Guide influencer content using audience insights
- Coordinate shoots, approvals, and timelines
- Track performance and optimize influencer strategy
5. Digital & Performance Marketing Support
- Partner with performance teams to deliver creatives, communication angles, and content assets
- Support Amazon and website execution with strong product storytelling
- Analyze campaign performance to improve communication effectiveness
6. Cross-functional & Agency Collaboration
- Work closely with product, digital, sales, design, content, and strategy teams
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Maintain campaign trackers, brand documentation, insights, and dashboards
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 46+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, or marcom roles
- Strong ability to derive consumer insights and convert them into communication strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong writing ability required)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and advanced Excel
- Detail-oriented with a creative and strategic mindset
