Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the FMCG sector, located in Gurugram. The BDE will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting market research and analysis, meeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to perform Market Research and provide Strategic Analysis
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry trends and market dynamics
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
