Job Title: Brand Manager Maternity & Baby care Brand/s

About the Role
Trucarekidz India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and driven Brand Manager to lead key global brand/s in the Maternity & Baby care category. This role will be the single-point owner for the brand/s in India, responsible for driving sales growth, building brand equity, and acting as the primary liaison with the international brand principals.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on brand-building experience and excellent cross-functional coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ownership & Strategy
- Own the overall brand strategy and execution for the India market in alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Develop annual brand plans, including sales forecasts, marketing calendars, and launch plans.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Sales & Business Performance
- Own and deliver agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the brand.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive distribution, channel performance, and key account growth.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing & Communication
- Work with Digital Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives
- Work with Sales team to plan and execute ATL, BTL activations and trade marketing initiatives.
- Drive demand generation among young mothers through relevant, insight-led campaigns.
- Track marketing spends and ROI to ensure effective budget utilization.
Global Brand Liaison
- Act as the key point of contact with the global brand team.
- Coordinate on product launches, marketing initiatives, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely and accurate sharing of reports, insights, and market feedback with brand principals.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate product availability, launches, promotions, and communication plans.
- Align internal stakeholders around brand priorities and timelines.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor brand performance using sales data, market share, and campaign metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal management and global partners.
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and execution.
Experience & Skills
- 48 years of experience in brand management, category management, or marketing roles. Prior experience in baby care, personal care, or mother & child categories preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales-led brand management and go-to-market execution.
- Experience working with international brands or principals is a strong advantage.
Education
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
