3. Collateral, PPT & Brochures Build and maintain high-quality sales and marketing collateral presentations, brochures, case studies, and brand materials that actually get used in client conversations.
4. PR & Communications Work with PR agencies and internal stakeholders to drive media visibility, corporate narratives, and reputation-building oral and written communication must be exceptional.
5. B2B / B2G Events Plan and execute brand presence at industry events, government forums, and trade shows owning the narrative before, during, and after.
6. Influencer & Partner Marketing Identify and activate relevant influencer and partnership opportunities that build credibility with Innovatiview's institutional and enterprise audience.
7. Digital Marketing Own SEO, paid campaigns, and digital performance ensuring the brand is visible, searchable, and converting in the right places.
8. Merchandising Own branded merchandise strategy ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment with overall brand positioning.
9. Marketing Operations Design and run the systems content calendars, campaign workflows, approval processes, and delivery frameworks that make the marketing function predictable and scalable. AI proficiency to automate where possible is a must.
10. Team Management Lead and elevate the content, design, and video team setting clear briefs, quality benchmarks, and feedback loops. Lift the team from task execution to strategic output.
11. Sales & Business Alignment Work closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure the brand drives revenue, not just visibility. Participate in pitches and client conversations where relevant.
12. Performance & Reporting Define and track the right KPIs brand consistency, campaign delivery, collateral adoption, and growth initiatives reported in business language to leadership.
