Role Synopsis

• Assist the lead in developing overall communication strategy & GTM plans for brand's product portfolio
• Provide category insights through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Drive the project scope, strategy, goals, deliverables, required resources and budget
• Lead the in-house creative teams in conceptualizing, designing and executing marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with departments like global IMC, product, sales etc. to develop robust product launch strategies
• Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and continuously improve programs

This role comes up to strengthen our Brand Marketing Team at Infinix Mobiles.Brand Communication (Smartphones Business) role is a high impact role and is central to building Infinix's Marketing activities in India. As part of the India marketing team, the individual will lead local Marketing initiatives & drive project workflow from the GTM/Planning stage to implementation of all online Marketing campaigns for smartphone category. Consumer centricity, creativity, innovation and a knack of thinking outside the box is necessary. The candidate must be a strong people leader with a strategic thought process & a passion for Marketing. The role involves being a hands-on people manager & having effective people management skills is key.
