About the Role:
The Brand Manager will lead the end-to-end brand strategy for HouseEazy, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strong positioning across all customer touchpoints. This role involves building compelling brand narratives, driving high-impact campaigns, managing creative direction, and strengthening HouseEazy's presence in the resale real-estate category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall brand strategy and oversee execution across digital, offline, and partner channels.
- Build a sharp and cohesive brand narrative aligned with business goals, product positioning, and audience insights.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage content, creative direction, communication guidelines, and brand tone of voice.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Monitor brand health, market trends, and competitive landscape to refine ongoing strategy.
- Manage agencies, production partners, influencers, and freelancers to deliver high-quality output.
- Oversee PR, social media strategy, brand collaborations, and event branding initiatives.
- Ensure all communication is consistent, high-quality, and data-informed.
- Lead, plan, and execute all marketing-related initiatives end to end.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand building, campaign execution, and communication strategy.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital platforms, and creative processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable brand initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in real estate or high-growth consumer startups is a strong advantage.
