Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our

overall brand positioning, communication strategy, and performance-led growth initiatives. This

role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of building a digital-first consumer

brand, has deep experience in crafting compelling narratives, and can leverage channels like

influencer marketing, content, and digital media to drive brand affinity and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and implement the overall brand marketing strategy, voice, and identity across all

touchpoints.

Create campaigns that elevate brand perception, drive customer loyalty, and differentiate

us in a crowded D2C market.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across product,

marketing, and customer experience.

2. Content & Communication Leadership

Lead development of brand campaigns, storytelling frameworks, and messaging for

digital platforms, partnerships, and offline activations.

Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to produce content

that drives engagement and reinforces brand values.

3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing

Build and oversee influencer marketing strategies to complement brand campaigns.

Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our

values and audience.

Drive collaboration with external partners and co-branded initiatives.

4. Growth & Campaign Performance

Monitor and analyze brand campaign performance across channels — digital, social,

influencer, and PR.

Optimize content, channels, and strategies based on performance insights and audience

behavior.

Own key KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, share of voice, and customer

acquisition metrics.
