Brand Manager – Emerging Supplement & Fitness Brand

Location:

Pitampura, Delhi (On-site)

Salary:

₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

Role Description

We are building a new-age supplement, fitness, and lifestyle brand designed for ambitious consumers in the health and performance space. Our focus is on creating a strong brand identity, innovative products, and scalable digital growth.

We are looking for a proactive Brand Manager who can help shape and scale the brand from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy
  • Build and maintain strong brand identity across all platforms
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights
  • Help position the brand uniquely in the fitness and supplement market
Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Plan and oversee digital campaigns across:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Social Media
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional calendars, and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives, website assets, and social content
Product Launch & Development Support
  • Assist in product positioning, packaging concepts, and launch planning
  • Coordinate between marketing, design, and operational teams
Social Media & Content Oversight
  • Guide content strategy for Instagram, website, app, and email marketing
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer engagement
  • Help create high-conversion brand narratives
Influencer & Athlete Partnerships
  • Identify relevant creators, athletes, and brand ambassadors
  • Build strategic partnerships for visibility and trust
Ecommerce & Customer Experience
  • Work with ecommerce teams to improve:
  • Website branding
  • Product pages
  • Conversion funnels
  • Retention strategies
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years experience in brand management, D2C marketing, ecommerce, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of branding, paid media, social growth, and influencer campaigns
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Fitness, wellness, or supplement industry understanding is a plus
  • Startup mentality with strong ownership and execution capabilities
