Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Brand Manager. The Brand Manager will:
- Lead Go Whipped's brand identity, tone of voice, and storytelling across all touchpoints — digital, retail, and beyond.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok — with a particular flair for vox pops and real customer interaction videos.
- Hit the streets (and malls, and pop-ups) to capture authentic Gen Z reactions to our products — no scripted nonsense, real unboxings, real first impressions.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned to product launches, seasonal moments, and campaign drops.
- Manage and brief influencer and creator partnerships — from nano to macro — ensuring every collab feels unmistakably Go Whipped.
- Track and analyse brand health metrics, social performance, and content effectiveness, then iterate fast.
- Collaborate with the founding team on packaging, new product naming, and in-store brand activations.
- Moderate and grow our community — responding to comments, DMs, and reviews in a way that feels human and on-brand.
Qualifications
- Brand strategy and management skills, including developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Social Media Management, Market Research, and Campaign Development
- Creative thinking and Content Creation skills
- Strong Project Management and Budget Management skills
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Leadership abilities
- Ability to analyze consumer insights and market trends to make data-driven decisions
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage

- Experience managing brand identity in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle D2C.
- Copywriting chops — you can write punchy captions and a full brand deck.
- Comfort working with tight timelines in an early-stage startup.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility — you just know when something looks right.
