Job DescriptionWhat are we looking for:
- A rare blend of analytical thinking and creative instinct someone who can look at a campaign result and immediately think both in numbers and narratives
- Someone who connects the dots between brand activity and business outcomes every piece of content, campaign, or collaboration must translate to short-term and long-term sales impact
- A brand custodian with strong aesthetic sensibility and a sharp understanding of what resonates with our target audience
- A proactive team player who is comfortable leading cross-functional work with creative, marketing, and performance teams
- Entrepreneurial in nature able to operate with ownership in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
- Deeply curious about culture, trends, and consumer behaviour in the fashion and lifestyle space
What are your responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Sales Translation
- Own the brand's identity, tone of voice, and visual language ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Translate all marketing activities campaigns, influencer content, social media, PR into measurable short-term and long-term revenue outcomes
- Build and maintain a brand calendar that aligns brand moments with sales peaks, product launches, and seasonal opportunities
- Track brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, sentiment) alongside commercial KPIs to present a complete view of brand performance
Creative & Content Oversight
- Be the process owner for ad content requirements and creation from briefing the creative team to reviewing outputs and ensuring alignment with performance goals
- Closely oversee the creative team to ensure brand aesthetics and messaging are maintained across all formats static, video, stories, reels, and UGC
- Build a structured creative feedback loop with the performance marketing team to ensure ad creatives are continuously optimised based on data
- Manage a high volume of creative assets across multiple campaigns and categories without compromising on quality or speed
Influencer & Social Media Marketing
- Process owner influencer marketing initiatives identifying the right creators, negotiating collaborations, overseeing content briefs, and measuring ROI
- Oversee the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) driving both organic growth and brand engagement
- Build long-term relationships with key creators and brand advocates who authentically represent SALTY's identity
- Stay on top of platform trends, viral formats, and cultural moments to keep SALTY's content timely and relevant
PR & Brand Campaigns
- Lead PR efforts managing media relationships, press placements, gifting programmes, and brand storytelling in external publications
- Conceptualise and execute integrated brand campaigns that build brand equity while driving traffic and conversions
- Manage collaborations, co-branding opportunities, and offline activations that amplify SALTY's presence beyond digital channels
- Build a consistent brand narrative that evolves with the brand's growth while staying rooted in its core identity
Analysis & Reporting
- Regularly analyse campaign performance, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand strategy
- Present clear, data-backed reports to leadership on brand performance, highlighting what's working, what isn't, and what's next
- Conduct periodic brand audits to ensure all external communication is on-brand and aligned with business goals
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably with a D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brand
- Demonstrated ability to own brand identity while working in a cross-functional team environment
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, social media strategy, and content production workflows
- Strong analytical skills comfortable working with campaign data, sales trends, and consumer insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for design and brand aesthetics
- This is a work-from-office role you should be willing to travel to Okhla, Delhi
