Role Summary: As the Brand Manager-Partnerships, you will manage the brand and creative side of these collaborations end-to-end. From shaping pitch concepts and content ideas to executing final campaigns across cult centers, digital platforms, and social media, you will ensure partnerships are aligned with Cults brand ethos. You will work closely with the Monetization team, to deliver collaborations that are well-executed, relevant, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Ideation & Pitch Support:

  • Partner with the Monetization team to develop compelling ideas, concepts, and narratives for potential brand collaborations.
  • Design pitch stories that show brands how they can authentically plug into Cults fitness, lifestyle, and community ecosystem.

Content & Campaign Development:

  • Lead the ideation, scripting, and creative planning of branded content (On-ground activations, digital assets, on-app, social media integrations, center branding, sampling touchpoints, etc.).
  • Ensure every partnership activation reflects Cults brand ethos while delivering on partner objectives.

Execution Excellence:

  • Oversee execution of branded collaborations across centers, app, and digital platforms ensuring quality, consistency, and impact.
  • Work with creative, design, and production teams to deliver seamless experiences for both cult members and brand partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a voice of the Brand in partnership discussions balancing partner needs with Cults brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with Monetization, Creative, Media, and Operations teams for smooth execution across touchpoints.

Measurement & Impact:

  • Support post-campaign analysis by gathering qualitative and quantitative impact reports. Share insights and best practices to improve partnership executions continuously.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or creative strategy ideally within lifestyle, fitness, agency, or start-up ecosystems.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills able to turn brand objectives into fresh, engaging concepts.
  • Experience in campaign execution across on-ground and digital platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • A sharp eye for detail, design, and brand consistency.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle culture is a big plus.
