  • Lead brand growth in premium athleisure
  • Work with design, marketing and leadership teams

Job Description

  • Own and execute the end-to-end brand strategy across all touchpoints
  • Develop seasonal brand plans aligned with business and growth goals
  • Lead brand campaigns, launches and collaborations from concept to execution
  • Work closely with design, marketing, e-commerce and retail teams
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity and storytelling
  • Track brand health metrics, consumer insights and market trends
  • Manage external partners including creative, PR and media agencies
  • Support leadership with insights on brand positioning and expansion

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager within fashion, lifestyle or D2C
  • Strong understanding of athleisure, premium fashion or youth culture
  • Experience leading campaigns and cross-functional projects
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven with strong commercial awareness
