Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Strategist to elevate and unify our brand presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a cohesive brand strategy that drives awareness, builds trust, and supports lead generation efforts in the B2B SaaS space. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate business goals into compelling brand narratives and visual identities.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy aligned with the company's mission, vision, and market positioning.
- Conduct competitive analysis, audience research, and industry trends to shape brand messaging and tone.
- Define brand pillars, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation across marketing, sales, and product.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Create and oversee high-impact brand campaigns to drive engagement and customer loyalty.
- Develop storytelling frameworks for use in content, advertising, events, and thought leadership.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and external partners to bring brand concepts to life.
- Support product launches and GTM strategies with compelling brand narratives and visuals.
Visual & Messaging Consistency:
- Audit and refine existing brand assets and messaging for alignment across channels.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across departments.
- Provide creative direction for campaigns, digital assets, and corporate communications.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Set KPIs for brand awareness, engagement, and perception metrics.
- Monitor brand performance using tools such as Google Analytics, brand sentiment tracking, and campaign dashboards.
- Use insights to optimize campaigns and evolve brand strategy over time.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles.
- Strong background in B2B, SaaS, and lead-generation-driven industries.
- Proven ability to craft and execute brand strategies that translate into business impact.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
- Understanding of digital platforms, brand analytics, and customer journeys.
- Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Exposure to basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Understanding of AI-driven brand engagement platforms or automation tools.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and brand-led user experience.
