Tourbro is a new, well-funded travel venture from the house of Patanjali, one of India's most trusted and iconic brands. Our mission is to build a next-generation travel platform offering curated travel experiences rooted in wellness, culture, and nature. Backed by Patanjali's vast consumer reach and brand equity, Tourbro aims to become a disruptive force in the Indian travel industryoffering a ground-floor opportunity to build and scale a high-impact consumer travel brand from scratch.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Brand Manager to help build and scale Tourbro from the ground up. This role will own brand positioning, communication strategy, integrated campaigns, content and social media direction, PR support, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop brand positioning frameworks, communication pillars, and messaging architecture for Tourbro
  • Define brand voice, tone, and storytelling guidelines across channels
  • Translate business goals into brand strategy and campaign roadmaps

2) Integrated Campaign Conceptualization & Execution

  • Conceptualize integrated brand campaigns (launch, destination promotions, seasonal offers, community initiatives)
  • Craft campaign themes, positioning lines, storylines, and content narratives
  • Create clear creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns

3) Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Own the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Drive content planning and production (reels/videos, posts, blogs, long-form storytelling)
  • Build an engaged travel community and ensure consistent brand storytelling

4) PR & Reputation Building

  • Support PR planning with messaging, narratives, and media-ready content
  • Coordinate with PR partners/agencies for press releases and coverage opportunities

5) Influencer & Creator Collaborations

  • Build and manage influencer/creator collaborations aligned to brand goals
  • Plan influencer campaigns, negotiate deliverables, and track performance/ROI
  • Develop a long-term creator ecosystem to strengthen brand trust and community

6) Consumer Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Monitor and analyze insights from market research, trends, opportunities, GWI, and Google search data
  • Use insights to refine positioning, campaign messaging, and content strategy
  • Track brand health and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement

7) Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align stakeholders across marketing, product, design, tech, sales, and agency partners
  • Drive execution disciplinetimelines, ownership, follow-ups, and delivery tracking

Requirements

  • 48 years of experience in brand marketing / brand strategy / integrated marketing
  • Proven experience in building a brand from scratch / launching new products or categories
  • Strong capability in social media marketing, content strategy, and influencer marketing
  • Working understanding of PR and narrative-building
  • Strong campaign thinkingconcept, storytelling, and execution planning
  • Comfort with research and insights tools (GWI / Google search insights / analytics)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to consumer sectors like travel, D2C, FMCG, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality
  • Experience managing agencies/creators and handling budgets
  • Strong copy sense (taglines, campaign narratives, briefs)
