Role OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who can take ownership of digital brand growth across both internal brands and client portfolios. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, performance marketing expertise, and hands-on execution.
The role will require to work closely with the CEO and creative team to drive brand visibility, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Digital Strategy
- Develop and execute digital branding strategies for Floka's internal brands and client accounts
- Align communication, content, and campaigns with overall brand positioning
Social Media Marketing
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media presence across platforms
- Drive content calendars, campaign rollouts, and engagement strategies
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Continuously test and scale campaigns for performance improvement
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor performance and user behavior
- Generate insights-driven reports and recommend actionable improvements
SEO & SEM
- Implement and oversee SEO strategies including on-page and off-page optimization
- Work on keyword strategy, search rankings, and organic growth
- Manage SEM campaigns aligned with performance goals
Client Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients
- Understand business goals and translate them into marketing strategies
- Ensure timely delivery, reporting, and satisfaction
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and production teams
- Provide clear briefs and ensure brand consistency across outputs
Reporting Structure
- Directly report to the CEO and contribute to strategic decisions
Mandatory Requirements- 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing / digital marketing / performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (must-have)
- Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles
- Experience in managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Basic understanding of design principles and visual communication
- Ability to think both strategically and execute independently
