Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who can take ownership of digital brand growth across both internal brands and client portfolios. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, performance marketing expertise, and hands-on execution.

The role will require to work closely with the CEO and creative team to drive brand visibility, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and execute digital branding strategies for Floka's internal brands and client accounts
  • Align communication, content, and campaigns with overall brand positioning

Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, manage, and optimize social media presence across platforms
  • Drive content calendars, campaign rollouts, and engagement strategies

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
  • Continuously test and scale campaigns for performance improvement

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor performance and user behavior
  • Generate insights-driven reports and recommend actionable improvements

SEO & SEM

  • Implement and oversee SEO strategies including on-page and off-page optimization
  • Work on keyword strategy, search rankings, and organic growth
  • Manage SEM campaigns aligned with performance goals

Client Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Understand business goals and translate them into marketing strategies
  • Ensure timely delivery, reporting, and satisfaction

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, content, and production teams
  • Provide clear briefs and ensure brand consistency across outputs

Reporting Structure

  • Directly report to the CEO and contribute to strategic decisions

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing / digital marketing / performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (must-have)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles
  • Experience in managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Basic understanding of design principles and visual communication
  • Ability to think both strategically and execute independently
