About the Role
We are looking for aBrand Managerto lead and grow the brand narrative forYoichiandShirotwo distinct dining experiences rooted in design, culture, and culinary excellence. This role will own how the brands look, sound, and show up across all consumer touchpoints, while driving relevance, desirability, and footfall.
You will work closely with founders, culinary, operations, and external partners to ensure every campaign, launch, and communication reflects the soul of each brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and evolve the brand strategy for Yoichi and Shiro while maintaining their distinct identities
- Define and safeguard brand tone of voice, visual language, and storytelling across platforms
- Translate brand vision into actionable marketing and communication plans
Marketing & Campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns (launches, seasonal menus, collaborations, festivals, IPs)
- Plan and manage annual and quarterly brand calendars for both properties
- Work with creative teams on shoots, films, copy, and campaign assets
Content & Social Media
- Oversee content strategy across Instagram, website, CRM, and offline touchpoints
- Ensure all contentvisual, editorial, and experientialis aligned with brand standards
- Work with social, design, and video teams to maintain high-quality, aspirational output
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and execute meaningful brand collaborations (artists, musicians, chefs, alcohol brands, lifestyle partners)
- Manage co-branded campaigns and evaluate their brand and business impact
Guest Experience & On-ground Branding
- Collaborate with operations to ensure brand experience is consistent on-groundfrom menus to music, uniforms, and signage
- Support special events, tastings, takeovers, and brand moments at the outlets
Performance & Insights
- Track brand health metrics, campaign performance, and guest engagement
- Use data and insights to refine positioning and improve ROI on brand spends
- Manage brand budgets and marketing costs efficiently
Qualifications & Experience
- 47 years of experience in brand management, preferably inhospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of premium F&B, culture, design, music, and nightlife ecosystems
- Proven experience leading campaigns from concept to execution
- Ability to balance creativity with business outcomes
