The Role is based both in Bengaluru/Mumbai
The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that enhance the organization's market presence and reputation. This role encompasses creating and maintaining brand identity, designing brand collaterals in line with established guidelines, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across mass media, digital platforms, and flagship events. The position involves managing high-impact projects that reflect the company's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Collaterals
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with corporate objectives.
- Create brand collaterals (brochures, presentations, digital assets) ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Formulate and implement brand strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
Media & Communication
- Identify and leverage mass media and digital platforms to maximize brand visibility.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Event Management
- Plan and execute flagship events and brand activations to drive engagement.
- Represent the brand at high-profile industry events and forums.
Project Leadership
- Lead prestigious projects that elevate brand perception in the market.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely and high-quality delivery.
Market Analysis & Insights
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine strategies.
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 812 years of experience in brand management, preferably at a corporate level.
- Strong expertise in brand identity creation, mass media, digital marketing, and event management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-impact projects.
