About The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who knows how to take a founder's brain and turn it into a presence that actually means something online. Not just content. Not just posts. A brand that people follow because they genuinely want to.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Building personal branding strategies from scratch - the full thing, not just the pretty parts
  • Getting into a founder's head and pulling out the stories worth telling
  • Owning social platforms like it's your second home: content calendars, narratives, positioning, growth.
  • Working with design, video, and social teams to bring ideas to life across formats
  • Tracking what's working, cutting what isn't, and always asking why
  • Keeping a pulse on founder-led marketing trends so we're never the last ones to know

Must Haves To Be Great In This Role

  • A keen interest in and understanding of social, trends, marketing and how brands are built online
  • Proven experience of 2-3 yrs in social and digital
  • Balances creative intuition with data-led decision-making
  • A strong eye for quality social content
  • Must have worked around - Brand and creative strategy

Nice To Have Skills In This Role

  • Copywriting skills and experience running social channels are a really big plus
  • Being able to work with partners and agencies and bring an idea together
  • Understanding of reading data and working with the analytics team to implement insights as part of content strategy
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
  • Experience in creative production and working with advertising agencies.
