Key Responsibilities:
Agency & Brand Experience
- Lead agency relationships — creative, media, and digital — ensuring sharp briefs and high-quality output.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery across agencies with clear KPIs and timelines.
Brand Philosophy & Language
- Define and champion the brand's tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging framework.
- Ensure consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints — digital, retail, and beyond.
Brand Metrics & Health
- Own brand tracking — awareness, preference, perception, and NPS — and translate insights into action.
- Present regular brand performance reviews to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
Product Promotions & Campaigns
- Partner with product and sales teams to build integrated promotional strategies that drive sell-through.
- Lead go-to-market plans for new launches with consumer-first positioning.
- Lead 360° campaign development — from brief through execution — across TV, digital, OOH, and retail.
- Measure campaign effectiveness through pre/post analysis and course-correct in real time.
Brand Initiatives
- Conceptualize and execute brand-building initiatives — sponsorships, partnerships, events, and experiential marketing.
- Identify whitespace opportunities to strengthen equity and relevance with target audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to align brand strategy with business objectives.
- Manage brand marketing budgets with discipline and a strong ROI mindset.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Full-time MBA (Marketing / Brand Management preferred) from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 5–7 years in brand marketing, with at least 2–3 years in an independent role.
- Industry: Prior experience in FMCG, consumer goods, lifestyle, or automotive brands preferred.
- Skills: Proven track record managing agencies and leading multi-channel campaigns end to end.
- Digital: Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, and performance branding.
- Competencies: Creative thinking, analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder management.
