We are looking for a Brand Manager who will drive ICONIC's brand strategy across offline and online channels, owning campaign curation, 360° implementation, media planning, and performance analysis. This role will bridge marketing creativity with commercial impact, ensuring every campaign translates into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities :-
Campaign Curation & Execution
- Develop, plan, and execute 360° brand campaigns across offline (retail, OOH, print, activations) and online (digital, social, e-commerce).
- Work closely with creative, media, and production partners to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with ICONIC's brand ethos.
- Integrate campaigns seamlessly across retail stores, digital touchpoints, PR, and influencer collaborations.
Sales & Business Understanding
- Partner with merchandising, retail,CRM and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Track sales uplift, category performance, and customer acquisition driven by marketing campaigns.
- Identify regional opportunities to drive footfall and conversions.
Media Planning & Buying
- Lead media strategy across print, digital, outdoor, and social channels.
- Manage media buying (direct & via agencies) to ensure cost-effective, high-impact campaigns.
- Optimize media mix for both brand visibility and performance outcomes.
Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance across offline & online channels.
- Build dashboards and reports to measure ROI, customer engagement, footfall uplift, and digital conversions.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with creative agencies, media partners, retail ops, and digital teams for flawless campaign execution.
- Collaborate with CRM & loyalty teams to amplify brand campaigns through customer engagement.
Desired Skills & Experience:-
- 8–10 years of experience in brand management, campaign planning, or integrated marketing (fashion/retail/lifestyle preferred).
- Proven experience in 360° campaign execution (offline + digital)
- Strong understanding of media planning & buying across traditional and digital platforms.
- Analytical ability to link campaigns with sales and customer outcomes.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
