Role: Brand Manager (The Derma Co)
Location - Gurgaon
Role Overview: Own the Umbrella brand campaigns and brand purpose initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the market and brand in detail
Strong analytical and creative ability
Clear plan on how to win in the market against competition, in a given category
Plan & execute 360* marketing campaigns for our brands, with clear goals and metrics in mind
Clear understanding of the digital space and digital campaigns
Work with cross functional teams to think of levers to lift the brand and grow it
Growth mindset and ambition to take ambitious targets
Strong bias for action and quick action
Qualification:
Master's degree in management/marketing from Tier 1 institutes
Experience: 3-5 years marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed
Preferred - Experience in face categories
Strong analytical bent of mind, to lay out clear brand strategy
Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation
