Job Description

Position: Marketing Activation Executive / Manager

Department: Marketing / Brand / Communications

Reporting To: [Marketing Manager / Head Marketing]

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground and digital marketing activation campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
  • Conceptualize and manage BTL / ATL / TTL activations, including events, mall activations, site activations, roadshows and corporate engagements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, CRM, branding, procurement) and external partners (agencies, vendors, printers, performers)
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing activities from planning to implementation and reporting
  • Track campaign performance and share activation reports and recommendations
  • Manage budgets, POs, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective execution
  • Ensure all brand communication follows brand guidelines
  • Support product launches, festive campaigns, and community initiatives

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
  • 37 years of relevant experience in marketing activations / events / brand promotions
  • Experience in real estate / Consumer Durables / Banking will be an added advantage.
