We exist to solve this. As Firi, we collect reviews on the internet from sources users already trust (Reddit and select Youtube channels) at scale. This means that we understand each product - who it works for and what it does - through thousands of reviews and full ingredient lists, instead of relying on one creator's opinion or marketing claims made by brands.
We use this intelligence to only stock the most repurchased beauty products in the world! And match them to users based on users past purchases, skin tones, skin types, age, gender, weather, skin conditions.. you get the gist.
About the role
This is a founding team role. As the Brand owner, you'd be responsible for the P&L and shape Firi's Brand from scratch.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget
- Own a portfolio spanning Content, Creator marketing, Events, CRM, and voice-of-the-customer work that feeds directly back into the Brand roadmap
- Develop integrated campaign measurement to maximise ROI of demand spend
- Own communications for Firi, from the big launches to the steady rhythm of updates, community moments, and everything in between
- Think across channels (press, social, community, owned) and know which lever to pull for each marketing moment
- Coordinate across Operations, Product, Digital Marketing, Creative (internal & external), and Communications to align customer storytelling
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in building a brand, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industries
- Strong knack for culture-first ideas. You understand how to connect brands with communities in meaningful ways
- Insight-driven, with the ability to translate trends and data into impactful campaigns
- Experience executing multi-channel, 360° campaigns across digital, social, influencer, traditional media, and offline
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
- Energized by working across multiple brands and categories within a dynamic portfolio
