Job Description

Position: Senior Manager – Brand Communications

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to lead brand communication initiatives, build brand visibility, and drive impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create engaging brand experiences and strengthen the organization's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand and communication strategies.

• Manage 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, and media platforms.

• Partner with creative, digital, media, PR, and BTL agencies to deliver effective campaigns.

• Drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and brand-building initiatives.

• Lead content creation and build internal capabilities for content development.

• Plan and execute large-scale events, activations, and strategic marketing programs.

• Track campaign performance, maintain dashboards, and measure marketing effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Aftermarket, HR, Manufacturing, Technology, Finance, and other business functions.

• Support the Brand Head in strategic planning and execution of key brand initiatives.

Desired Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or Digital Marketing.

• Strong experience in managing 360-degree campaigns and brand-building activities.

• Experience in digital engagement, content marketing, event management, and customer experience programs.

• Experience in the Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Industrial, or B2B sector will be an advantage.

Education

• MBA in Marketing, PG in Mass Communication, BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or equivalent qualification.
