About the Role
We are looking for a creative-first Brand Manager who can drive brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative communication for our Door Hardware, Architectural Hardware, Security Solutions, and related product categories.
Unlike a traditional marketing manager role, this position is ideal for candidates from copywriting, creative strategy, content creation, advertising, brand communication, digital storytelling, or creative agency backgrounds who can transform technical products into compelling brand narratives.
The role will be responsible for creating impactful campaigns, developing content ecosystems, and building a strong brand presence across digital, retail, trade, and B2B channels.
Brand Storytelling & Content Strategy
Develop brand narratives and communication strategies across product categories.
Create compelling content that simplifies technical product features into customer-centric benefits.
Build consistent messaging frameworks for campaigns, launches, catalogs, websites, social media, and sales collateral.
Ensure a unified brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
Creative Development
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for product launches, trade events, digital platforms, and dealer engagement programs.
Develop campaign themes, taglines, scripts, content calendars, and creative concepts.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, agencies, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and content ideation workshops.
Content Creation & Management
Create and oversee content for:
Social Media
Websites & Landing Pages
Product Launches
Brochures & Catalogues
Videos & Reels
Email Campaigns
Trade Marketing Material
Dealer Communication
Develop long-form and short-form content aligned with business objectives.
Digital & Social Media
Drive content-led engagement across social platforms.
Track content performance and audience engagement metrics.
Identify emerging content formats, trends, and opportunities.
Work closely with performance marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.
Product & Category Branding
Partner with product and sales teams to understand category priorities.
Translate product innovations into impactful communication.
Support positioning and differentiation strategies for key product categories.
