Job Description – Brand Manager
Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic is one of India's leading Hair & Skin Clinic chains with over 30 years of excellence and a strong presence across India. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our branding, lead generation, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media activities, supporting lead nurturing initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing projects. The role requires strong coordination skills, creativity, and a basic understanding of digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing agencies for campaign execution.
- Assist in planning monthly promotional campaigns and offers.
- Monitor campaign performance and share reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives and marketing materials.
Social Media & Content Management
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate video shoots and content creation activities.
- Work with designers and social media agencies for content posting.
- Ensure brand consistency across social media platforms.
- Track engagement and suggest improvements.
CRM & Customer Communication
- Support management of WhatsApp campaigns and customer communication.
- Coordinate updates in CRM communication scripts.
- Assist in creating customer engagement content such as FAQs, testimonials, and educational creatives.
- Monitor automation performance and report issues.
Remarketing & Customer Engagement
- Plan weekly WhatsApp broadcast campaigns.
- Support customer retention and reactivation activities.
- Track engagement and campaign performance.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Design, Social Media, and Technology.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project trackers and meeting records.
Special Projects
- Support branding, promotional events, and management-assigned projects.
- Assist in new marketing initiatives and business campaigns.
Desired Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM platforms is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong content planning and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Branding, or Social Media Management.
