Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Brand Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead brand relationships, drive campaign success, and ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills, a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering exceptional client experiences.
The Brand Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, oversee campaign planning and execution, identify growth opportunities, and ensure revenue retention and expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and campaign expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Manage client escalations and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
Influencer Campaign Management
- Collaborate with internal strategy teams to develop influencer marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from briefing to reporting.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are executed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on ongoing results.
- Coordinate with influencer sourcing, pricing, creative, and campaign management teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Maintain quality control across all influencer content and brand integrations.
Strategic Planning
- Develop innovative influencer marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Identify emerging creator trends, platform updates, and industry opportunities.
- Recommend campaign improvements and new engagement strategies.
- Present campaign proposals, media plans, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to annual and quarterly account growth plans.
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new services and campaign formats.
- Achieve revenue retention and growth targets for assigned accounts.
- Forecast account revenue and maintain pipeline visibility.
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations where required.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal departments including Planning & Strategy, Pricing, Campaign Management, Creator Partnerships, Finance, and Operations.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal deliverables.
- Facilitate smooth communication across teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign results and derive actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to clients.
- Maintain accurate account documentation, campaign trackers, and revenue reports.
Market & Industry Intelligence
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and platform innovations.
- Identify new creator categories and audience engagement opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, account management, or brand partnerships.
- Prior experience managing enterprise or mid-market brand accounts is preferred.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, and emerging creator ecosystems.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
