Brand Manager – Role Overview We seek a dynamic Brand Manager to drive end-to-end brand building, campaigns, and consumer engagement in the F&B/QSR space. The role blends creativity with data-driven execution, ensuring impactful brand presence and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape brand identity & positioning across markets
  • Lead 360° campaigns, partnerships, PR & influencer initiatives
  • Analyze consumer insights to boost footfall, AOV & loyalty
  • Support product launches with compelling narratives
  • Drive digital marketing, CRM & retention strategies
  • Elevate in-store branding & customer experience
  • Execute new outlet launches with strong local visibility
  • Mentor and lead the brand/marketing team

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing preferred
  • 2–5 years in F&B/QSR/consumer brands
  • Strong grasp of brand building, campaigns & analytics
  • Proven leadership & cross-functional coordination skills
  • Creative yet data-driven mindset
