We are now working for various similar clients in the Australian Mortgage sector. Our firm is promoted & supported by an Australian mortgage broking firm, and our founders are professionals with deep expertise in the finance field who have worked with top-notch finance firms in India. We are now planning to foray into providing offshoring services for other allied sectors like accounting, conveyancing, legal advisory, and digital marketing services, etc., to clients.
Job Summary
The role focuses on end-to-end execution of webinars and podcasts, including marketing operations, content coordination, automation, and website management, while working closely with internal teams to ensure timely, seamless delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and manage landing pages for webinars, podcasts, and campaigns
- Handle email marketing and set up automations using Zapier
- Coordinate webinar and podcast execution from setup to post-event follow-ups
- Support content creation and review, including video and podcast scripts
- Manage publishing and optimisation on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple music for podcasts
- Plan and execute social media promotion for webinars and podcasts
- Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research and on-page optimisation
- Manage and update website pages related to webinars and podcasts
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, video, speakers) to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Drive lead generation through digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and website forms
Qualifications And Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing,social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
