Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to drive brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives for our organization.

  • The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of BFSI products and consumer insights, with the ability to translate them into effective brand strategies that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute brand plans to strengthen brand positioning across channels and customer segments.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams (product, digital, sales, compliance) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to drive brand initiatives seamlessly.
  • Content & Communication Development: Oversee the development of creative assets, content calendars, and customer communication in line with brand guidelines.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand strategy and campaign approaches.
  • Budget Management: Plan, track, and optimize brand budgets, ensuring effective utilization and ROI on brand spends.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign and brand performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior within financial products/services.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategy is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputed institute.
