Key Responsibilities-
1.Brand Ownership-
- Act as the Point of Contact (SPOC) for the assigned brand across all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in brand positioning, communication, product launches, and consumer experience.
- Drive the brand calendar and ensure timely execution of all initiatives.
2.Cross-functional Coordination
- Partner closely with the NPD team to ensure smooth coordination throughout the product development and launch process.
- Work with Marketing, Creative, Design, Sales, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to keep projects on track.
- Align teams on timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Identify execution gaps and proactively drive resolutions.
3. Go-to-Market Planning
- Coordinate end-to-end launch readiness for new products.
- Work with internal teams to ensure all creative assets, product information, pricing, merchandising, and communication are ready before launch.
- Support integrated marketing plans across digital, influencer marketing, PR, retail, and e-commerce.
4. Brand Planning & Execution
- Build and maintain annual and monthly brand calendars.
- Track campaign execution and ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Ensure all brand initiatives are delivered on time and with attention to detail.
5. Consumer & Market Insights
- Monitor beauty trends, competitor activities, category innovations, and consumer behavior.
- Gather insights to support product, communication, and marketing decisions.
- Share actionable recommendations with internal stakeholders.
6.Business Performance
- Track brand performance across key business metrics including sales, campaign performance, inventory health, and product performance.
- Prepare regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, or Marketing within Beauty, FMCG, Personal Care, Fashion, or Consumer brands.
- Strong experience working across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from business data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications-
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer brands will be preferred.
- Experience working on product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
