Job Description
*We're Hiring | Brand Manager – Beauty & Personal Care* Hair Care/Serums We're looking for a dynamic *Brand Manager* to join our team in Mumbai!
*Location:* Andheri, Mumbai
*Experience:* 4–8 Years
*Work Mode:* Work from Office | 5 Days a Week
Budget -28-35 Lac all inclusive of variable
* Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute *Brand Marketing Strategies* aligned with business goals and consumer insights.
- Drive *Brand Building* initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
- Manage *Brand P&L*, budgets, and business performance to achieve growth targets.
- Plan and execute *Go-to-Market (GTM)* strategies for new product launches.
- Lead the *Innovation Cycle* and New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch.
- Drive *Digital Marketing* initiatives and integrated brand campaigns to enhance consumer engagement.
- Manage *Stakeholder Relationships* across cross-functional teams, creative agencies, media partners, and sales teams.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
* What We're Looking For:*
- 4–8 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in Beauty & Personal Care
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, brand building, and digital marketing.
- Experience in P&L management, GTM planning, and product innovation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
