DGM | Brand Manager
We are hiring for Brand Manager at Airtel, Gurgaon who's ready to shape how 300M+ Indians experience Airtel every day. Own product and proposition launch end-to-end from insight to impact. You will lead go-to-market strategy, build integrated campaigns, and drive strong visibility across digital, retail, and mass media.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive customer strategy, creative strategy, and media & distribution roadmaps.
- Translate consumer insights into sharp brand propositions and high-impact campaigns across touchpoints.
- Build and scale brand communication across digital & social media, App, retail, outdoor, radio, print & TV
- Lead consumer research across segments to uncover unmet needs and friction points; craft scalable propositions rooted in insight.
- Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to experiment, scale-up categories, and bring the brand to life at scale.
- Drive cross-functional projects in collaboration with App, growth + design teams to create industryleading communication.
- Design and deploy all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Performance marketing channels
We are hoping you have
- 35 years of brand management experience with exposure to launches, platforms, and multiple business lines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated multi-channel deployment capability; experience working with media, creative, and sales teams.
- High creative instinct, strong bias for action, and execution rigor.
