As a brand manager intern, you will be the front line of our ad sales effort - identifying brands in your city, pitching them society activation opportunities, and closing them on physical and/or digital campaigns across our network of premium gated communities. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You will not be making tea. You will be having real conversations with real brand managers at companies ranging from real estate developers and education institutions to FMCG, jewellery, healthcare, and automotive brands- and convincing them to spend marketing budgets on NoBrokerHood.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Outreach & pipeline building:
- Research and identify brands in your city that are actively advertising or have budget for society-level activations
- Build a daily outreach pipeline via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, cold calls, and email to brand managers and marketing heads
- Maintain a clean CRM log of all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline status
- Pitching & meetings:
- Set up meetings with brand decision-makers and pitch NoBrokerHood's physical and digital activation formats
- Present campaign proposals tailored to each brand's objectives- footfall, trials, awareness, leads
- Handle objections, negotiate campaign scopes, and follow through from pitch to closure
- Execution coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure booked activations are set up correctly in the societies
- Be the brand's point of contact during the activation- ensure smooth delivery and brand satisfaction
- Collect feedback and document case studies for successful campaigns
