We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Intern to support our business development team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, introducing digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for orders queries, order status
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages
- Assist in achieving daily and weekly calling targets (daily 100 - 150 Calls)
- Handle basic client queries in a professional manner
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing
- Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate / pursuing graduation
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior telesales or customer interaction experience is an advantage
