Role Overview

This role is part of Zensciences Strategy Office, sitting within the sales function. The Brand Designer

will work on the materials that represent the agency to the outside world — pitches, proposals,

credentials, and sales collateral. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a designer who takes

pride in craft and cares about the quality of every slide, every layout, and every detail.

The role requires someone who is fluent in both graphic design and presentation design, and who is comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose

First impressions in B2B are often made on a slide. This role exists to ensure that every time

Zensciences walks into a room — or a screen — the work looks and feels like it belongs to a world-

class agency.

Success here means pitches that are visually sharp and narratively coherent, a consistent and

elevated standard of sales design, and a designer who is trusted enough to work with minimal

supervision on high-stakes materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pitch & Proposal Design

- Design pitch decks, proposals, and credentials presentations for prospective clients

- Work with sales and strategy leads to bring structure and visual clarity to complex narratives

- Maintain and improve Zensciences presentation templates and design standards

2. Sales Collateral & Brand Design

- Design sales materials — one-pagers, case study sheets, capability decks, and event

collateral

- Keep all output consistent, on-brand, and finished to a high standard

- Support digital and print asset creation for business development as needed

3. Collaboration & Communication

- Work directly with sales leads and leadership, taking briefs and delivering with speed and

quality

- Manage multiple projects at a time, keeping stakeholders informed on timelines

- Ask good questions, flag issues early, and take ownership of your work

4. Design Systems & Standards

- Maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries in good order

- Help raise the overall visual quality of how the agency presents itself

Desired Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in graphic and/or presentation design

- A degree from an art or design school is strongly preferred

- Expert in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator,

Photoshop, InDesign)

- A portfolio that shows strong design craft across both graphic and presentation work

- Good communication skills — able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and takes ownership of output

- Agency or studio experience is a plus
