Brand Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling social media graphics, presentations, data visualizations, and infographics aligned with brand guidelines
• Use tools like Canva and Figma to produce high-quality designs efficiently
• Collaborate with non-designers to understand requirements, ask the right questions, and advocate for strong design solutions
• Take ownership of projects, manage timelines, and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ensure attention to detail and maintain consistency across all design assets
• Stay curious and adaptable, learning about FinTech, equity management, and enterprise B2B audiences to inform design choices
• Support broader marketing and branding initiatives with creative input and execution
• Provide constructive design feedback and mentorship within the team
