About Certinal:

Certinal is an enterprise e-Signature platform under Zycus, competing with DocuSign and Adobe Sign. We serve Fortune 500 customers across healthcare, automotive, financial services, and procurement sectors including Apollo Hospitals, Bumrungrad International Hospital, and Magna International. Our platform handles complex enterprise integrations with SSO, APIs, EMR/HIS systems, CRMs and ERP platforms. We maintain an 81 NPS score and are known for superior technical capabilities, flexible pricing, and exceptional customer support.

Position Overview

We're looking for a Creative Designer who can design high-converting marketing assets and landing pages while working closely with marketing and development teams. This role is focused on designing in Figma and creating implementation-ready mockups.

You'll ensure designs are practical, scalable, accessible, and easy for developers to implement across modern web stacks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design conversion-focused:
    • Landing pages
    • Paid ad creatives and social media assets
  • Own the design workflow in Figma:
    • Wireframes → high-fidelity UI → developer-ready mockups
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
    • Marketing → messaging, funnels, campaign goals
    • Development → feasibility, responsiveness, constraints
  • Create developer-friendly designs aligned with real-world implementation
  • Ensure all designs are:
    • Responsive
    • Accessible (WCAG basics)
    • Consistent with design systems
  • Build reusable components and scalable design systems
  • Iterate designs based on performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement)

AI & Modern Tooling Expectations

  • Working experience with AI tools such as:
    • Figma AI, Relume, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or DALL·E, Runway (or similar)
    • ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Video Generation tools such as: VEO, Sora etc.,
  • Ability to:
    • Use AI for rapid ideation and creative variations
    • Generate landing page mockups and concepts faster
    • Improve design speed without compromising quality
Good to Have

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for better dev collaboration)
  • Experience working with developers on structured handoffs
  • Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CVR, bounce rate)
  • Exposure to A/B testing workflows

  • Designs that developers can implement without friction or rework
  • Landing pages that are both visually strong and conversion-focused
  • Fast iteration cycles with strong marketing + dev alignment
  • Smart use of AI to increase output and experimentation

Job Requirement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing-focused design roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Landing page UX/UI
    • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
    • Accessibility standards (contrast, hierarchy, readability)
  • Experience designing for teams using:
    • WordPress (layouts compatible with page builders like Elementor) and
    • Webflow (component structures)
  • Ability to:
    • Translate designs into clean, structured layouts developers can easily build
    • Clearly communicate spacing, grids, typography, and interactions
  • Strong portfolio showcasing:
    • Landing pages
    • Marketing creatives
    • UX thinking (not just visuals)
