Job Summary
We are seeking a Content Manager to drive high-impact, conversion-focused content across our digital healthcare platform. This role will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and performance, owning content strategy and execution that directly contributes to pipeline growth, user adoption, and revenue.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare content marketing, with a deep understanding of performance-driven content, demand generation, and funnel optimization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, and analytical rigor to translate complex healthcare workflows and digital products into clear, compelling, and conversion-oriented messaging.

Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Development
Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy aligned with demand generation and revenue goals
Create High-impact Content Including
Sales decks (PPTs), investor presentations
Pitch materials, proposals, and case studies
Website pages, landing pages, and blogs
Translate complex healthcare workflows and SaaS products into clear, value-driven messaging
- Campaign Content & Performance Marketing
Collaborate with the Campaign Manager on paid media initiatives (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
Write And Optimize
Ad copy (search, display, and social)
Landing page content
Email nurture sequences
Align content with funnel stages and optimize for CTR, CVR, CPL
Develop content for product features, releases, and platform capabilities
Create user-focused content explaining workflows and use cases
Partner With Product Teams To Build
Messaging frameworks
Value propositions and positioning
Create High-conversion Sales Assets Including
One-pagers and solution briefs
Case studies and whitepapers
Competitive comparison decks
Support enterprise sales teams with tailored, persona-specific content

- Performance Tracking & Analytics
Analyze Content And Campaign Performance Using Tools Such As
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
HubSpot / Salesforce
Track and optimize key metrics including CTR, CVR, CPL, and CPA
Identify funnel drop-offs and improve user journeys
- SEO & Content Optimization
Develop SEO-optimized content for both long-form and landing pages
Implement on-page SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, internal linking)
Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console for optimization
- Marketing Automation & Campaign Support
Work with email marketing and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo)
Build and optimize nurture journeys, segmentation, and lead scoring strategies
- Technical & Web Content Support
Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS
Apply basic HTML/CSS knowledge for content structuring and edits
Ensure best practices in UX writing, page speed, and web usability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
- Proven experience in conversion-focused content and performance marketing.
- Strong experience in creating sales content, campaign assets, and product messaging.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, HubSpot/Salesforce, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email campaign workflows.
- Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 for content edits.
- Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and funnel optimization principles.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign and funnel performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology, patient/provider journeys, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
