Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Brand Consultant to join our recruitment and sales team. The Brand Consultant will play a key role in expanding our brand reach, managing client relationships, and enhancing business growth through proactive recruitment and strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires a blend of sales, recruitment, marketing, and analytical skills to support healthcare staffing solutions and drive revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively call and engage healthcare facilities to update existing needs and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand service agreements and increase pipeline potential.
- Understand and document client requirements, ensuring accurate communication of job openings to the recruiting team.
- Match qualified candidates to open roles by reviewing profiles and coordinating submissions.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and follow up on all stages including submissions, renewals, extensions, and P1s.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as recruitment, sales, credentialing, and payroll to manage facility needs effectively.
- Confirm contract details with clients and coordinate with recruiting consultants for accurate execution.
- Develop and execute strategies for brand promotion, including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and event participation.
- Maintain CRM/database records and manage job postings and reporting.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call targets, candidate presentations, and contract closures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or brand consulting; healthcare staffing experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close business, and grow client accounts.
- Strong understanding of marketing tools such as digital content, advertising, email campaigns, and social media.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and database/CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
