  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and managing a marketing team or cross-functional projects.
  • Education: A bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A specialized certification in marketing may be preferred.
