About the Role

HCLTech is looking for a high-energy, creative marketing professional to join the TMT Industry Marketing team as Manager –Integrated Marketing. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and is passionate about creating high-touch, differentiated engagement programs for strategic accounts across Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors.

You will lead the design and execution of experiential campaigns, content-led integrated programs, and curated client experiences that elevate HCLTech's brand presence and deepen relationships with priority stakeholders. This role requires strong collaboration across global teams, comfort working across time zones and the ability to confidently engage and present to senior stakeholders.

The role is based in Noida, India and reports to the Director – Industry Marketing (TMT).

Key Responsibilities

Experiential & High-Touch Engagement Programs

  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact experiential marketing programs including executive roundtables, leadership forums, industry events, curated dinners, webinars, and bespoke client engagements.
  • Design immersive experiences that align with strategic account priorities and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Partner with sales and business teams to tailor engagement themes and value narratives for key stakeholders.

Integrated Campaign Development

  • Develop and execute content-led, multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting TMT industry priorities.
  • Ensure alignment across digital, social, events, thought leadership, and account engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize and amplify global campaigns in regional markets.

Creative & Content-Led Execution

  • Work closely with content and design teams to create compelling, insight-driven assets including executive decks, POVs, microsites, videos, and campaign toolkits.
  • Bring fresh, creative approaches to campaign storytelling and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent messaging that resonates with TMT industry audiences.

Global Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Operate effectively in a high-pace, global environment, collaborating across time zones.
  • Present campaign concepts, performance updates, and engagement plans confidently to global stakeholders.
  • Act as a self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to enhance industry marketing impact.

Program Management & Measurement

  • Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns and events, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and qualitative feedback.
  • Continuously refine programs to improve reach, relevance, and impact.

Requirements and Skills

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with exposure to creative, content and experiential marketing, integrated campaigns, or industry marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services industry and evolving technology landscape (Digital, Cloud, AI, Engineering).
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative, high-touch engagement programs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global environment across multiple time zones.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital campaign platforms.
