Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager, located in Lucknow. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with other branches and the head office to ensure smooth operations. The manager will also analyze sales data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Sales Management skills: Proven experience in setting and achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, and developing sales strategies
- Customer Relationship Management skills: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical and Reporting skills: Experience in analyzing sales data and preparing detailed reports
- Leadership and Supervisory skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage branch operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the financial services industry and relevant regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
