Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail mortgage sales or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Experience working in the BFSI industry is preferred.
