Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for developing an overall branch by recruiting & developing a team of advisors under him.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in sales management, goal setting, and performance tracking
• Understanding of financial markets, mutual funds, and wealth management products
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and independently drive business growth
• Experience in sales or financial services is a plus
