Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Kanchikacherla. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring sales targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing assets and liabilities, and implementing marketing strategies. The Branch Manager will also cultivate customer relationships, resolve issues, and drive the branch's growth and profitability.

• Proficiency in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyze financial statements and manage branch performance
• Proficiency in using financial software and digital tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
