Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the branch operations, driving business growth, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms, and leading a team to achieve sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:Drive new client acquisition and increase assets under management (AUM).
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for mutual funds and investment solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and institutional partners.
  • Team Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the team.
  • Operations & Compliance:Ensure smooth branch operations and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee documentation, KYC, and transaction processes for compliance with SEBI regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management:Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients.
  • Address client queries and grievances promptly to ensure superior customer experience.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Prepare periodic reports on branch performance, sales, and compliance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize branch strategy.
